Vehicle Bodycare Centre operates 3 ProAlign Wheel Alignment systems, one with the Mercedes-Benz specialist alignment software and one ProAlign wheel alignment system used in the ADAS Alignment bay, incorporating the VW Group ADAS equipment specifications.
The Proalign digital, laser wheel alignment system measures and corrects alignment faults such as tracking, camber and castor to both front and rear wheels, and we will provide you with a geometry certificate to give you peace of mind.
A calibration is required every time there is a change in the wheel alignment geometry on any ADAS-equipped vehicle. This is because the system’s sensors rely on a precise calibration to align with the vehicle’s new configuration that measures to the Manufacturers specifications.
Following any vehicle damage or maintenance on a vehicle, even from a windscreen replacement or bumper scuff repair, the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) may need calibrating and resetting to ensure that the performance is correctly aligned and fully functioning.
Our ADAS department is equipped with the latest ADAS hardware equipment and software technology to enable the effective calibration of forward facing cameras; rear facing cameras and lane change control systems to be accurately reset within all vehicles ADAS systems, in line with the vehicle manufacturer factory standards, again and going above and beyond the basic ADAS system requirements.
